Affliliation
Affiliation Process for Public Vocational Training Institute Center
Public sector Vocational Institute and Training centers working under STEVTA are affiliated with TTBS by default for implementing:
A) NVQF, Competency Based Training of Level 1 to Level 4
B) NVQF, RPL Assessment,Level 1 to Level 4
C) NOSS G -II, G-III
D) TTBS, RPS (S-I , SII) Testing
However, These institutions (RTOs) can obtain affiliation certificate for the other training
I.e. Funded, Crash/Short term training, Long term Non NOSS or NVQF & other programs running under Institute Management Committees. The Process of obtaining the affiliation certificate is diagrammed:

Technical & Vocational Institute applying for affiliation to the Trade Testing Board Sindh, shell Submit The application on Prescribed form (Download affiliation form) and shell satisfy that:
A- The financial resources of applicant are such as to enable it to make due provision for its continued and efficient working.
B- The Teaching (Training) facility is qualified for the particular training implementation & term & conditions of their service are adequate.
C- The institute has framed proper rules regarding the staff, facility and Learners.
D- The building in which the institute is located and that amenities and comforts are available to the learners.
E- The TLMs (including Tools, Equipment & Consumables) are available in adequate quantity & quality.
F- The documents mentioned in the checklist of affiliation form are enclosed with it.
G- STEVTA registration certificate is enclosed.
H- Registration Department of TTBS evaluates the application.
I- After the affiliation of the institute, any transference of and change in the management or facility shell be reported to TTBS immediately.
